Fleischbridge and Feeding

This is mom’s must-have shot of wherever we go. This is at the Fleischbridge when we visited Oma. Brother kulit1 is making faces which makes mom angry. It was summer but cold so we have to wear long-sleeve shirts or thin jackets. I only had one that mommy brought so you have often seen this I’m wearing from my other posts.

There’s a river and in this river are lots of ducks, see brother kulit2 is holding a piece of bread, we were feeding the ducks and other birds that try to be ducks below.

My Hello Kitty gifts

I got these Hello Kitty goodies from two aunts…the wallet from my mom’s older sister, my tita G and the bag from mom’s friend. Now I go with these two out like when we watched Batman Live yesterday. I don’t have much money on that wallet, just my train ticket and a few coins. Does your mom give you a lot of money to spend?

My Beanie #4

Good news! I was accepted in an English class that I was interviewed for. I will be in this class next schoolyear because I will finish gradeschool in June. Yaay!

Mom made me another beanie, this time in black. She decorated it with 3 small pink flowers. The flower were in different shades too. She thought that it’s too big and doesn’t fit my head well so she removed a bit of the thread and made the edges into shell. Look:

It does fit better now and doesn’t slide down my eyes like before. Loving it!

My Beanie #…

Mom makes a lot of beanies for me when she got some free time, that’s when inside the train going home or while in the bus or tram to pick us up. She makes them in different colors so I can match them up with my jackets. I forgot already how many there are but let’s assume this is number three. Number two would be the one I gaveaway some time ago then there’s the red one I often had on last winter.

This one is a combination of white and blue thread with blue in different shades. Mom added a big white flower to make it more girly.

Shark from Haus des Meeres

Before we went out of the Haus des Meeres mom allowed us to buy each a souvenir. I chose this ruler-looking toy that rolls up on your wrist. It’s pink and has prints of different sea animals but kulit brother number 1 kept annoying me by taking it, it fell in between the train and the tracks, so I cried. He got a Flummi ball – a big ball with water and a fish toy inside. He left it in our aunt’s place when we went there later that night after the Haus des Meeres visit.

So here is the only one remaining now, kulit brother number 2′s shark plushie. At first look it is like a dolphin but the black thing by the mouth will tell you those are shark teeth…and he looks like smiling.

Moomin Postcard

I receive my first Moomin Postcard! This comes from Finland where the Moomins were created. I would be happy to visit Moomin world there! The postcard features a Moomin holding a lamp and I think a fish net. The green thing in water must be a worm? And the Moomin is thinking of himself and another Moomin in a boat — as seen in the thought bubble.

We ate Chicken (not fish)

When we got hungry on our Haus des Meeres trip, mom took us to the cafeteria at the fourth floor. It has one side with glasses so it was very bright, at the photo above you can barely see our nose because of that light coming from the window. I was holding a gadget that would vibrate when the food is ready…I don’t know what it’s called and it’s the first time that we saw this kind of thing. We patiently waited for the food which took long to be served…we were really hungry.

I had Chicken Schnitzel and French Fries…they don’t have my favorite Apfelstrüdel so I had this…And no I didn’t eat fish at all. For dessert I had a slice of blackforest cherrycake. Mom was laughing when she tasted my dessert…she said it’s bland. It’s not the same as the ones I had before but it’s also yummy for me.
